When it comes to accomplishing goals and forming habits that lead to success, one of the biggest hindrances is ego depletion. We all draw from the same reservoir of willpower, but that reservoir is not bottomless. Making choices and sticking to them is not always easy, so it is important that we avoid the pitfalls of ego depletion by limiting the number of choices that we have to make.
